What this notice covers

This notice covers our public website and related business inquiries. Customer service data, including protected health information (PHI), is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing terms, and business associate agreement (BAA). This notice does not authorize a new use of customer data or replace a healthcare provider’s privacy notice.

Do not enter PHI, patient identifiers, payer credentials, live-system screenshots, or confidential contract terms into this site’s forms, scheduling pages, or ordinary email. Ask your Bitewing contact for an approved transfer route before sharing sensitive information.

Information you choose to provide

When you email us or book a meeting, we receive the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, role, scheduling details, and message. We use it to respond, arrange meetings, evaluate a potential engagement, and support the business relationship.

The walkthrough and security-review forms on this site prepare context locally in your browser. Their review buttons do not send that context to Bitewing. Continuing to the scheduler opens Cal.com without adding the form contents to the link. Information you enter on Cal.com is collected separately for the booking and shared with the meeting organizer. Website requests, cookies, and tracking

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Requests can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested address, referring page, and timestamps. We use available technical records to investigate errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the site. See Vercel’s privacy notice for its handling of information.

This site does not include advertising pixels. Its local forms do not transmit entered information to advertising services or place that information in browser storage. Hosting security features may use necessary cookies or similar technology. Your browser provides controls for cookies and local storage.

We do not use this site to track you across other companies’ websites for advertising. The site therefore does not change that behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. External sites you choose to visit have their own tracking practices and controls.

When information is shared

Information is available to authorized Bitewing personnel and service providers that help with hosting, business email, calendars, and scheduling, as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations. A public-site inquiry does not authorize use of customer PHI for model training.

Retention and location

We retain business inquiries and related records for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relationship, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect security. Retention depends on the record and purpose; legal holds can require longer retention. Local form context is not a submitted record in our systems.

Bitewing operates in the United States. Our service providers may process website and business-contact information in the United States and other locations where they operate. This statement does not change any customer-specific data residency commitment.

Your requests and choices

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided by contacting security@bitewing.ai. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional access, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal rights. We will assess the request under the law that applies, verify identity where needed, and explain any limits. Do not send identity documents or PHI in an initial request; we will arrange an appropriate verification route if required.

To stop optional business outreach, tell us at hello@bitewing.ai. Necessary communications about an existing engagement may continue. Requests about records held for a dental practice should normally go to that practice; we assist under the applicable agreement.

Children, changes, and contact

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
