Website terms
These terms describe permitted use of Bitewing’s public website and its informational materials.
Public information and customer agreements
The public site explains Bitewing’s product and provides illustrative materials. Customer access, services, fees, support commitments, confidentiality, and data processing are established in separate agreements. Browsing this site, reviewing a sample, or scheduling a meeting does not activate a customer service, execute a BAA, or authorize access to customer systems.
Any applicable signed agreement governs the customer relationship and takes precedence over these website terms. These terms do not amend that agreement.
Use of materials
You may view the site and share links for lawful business evaluation. You may use the downloadable synthetic sample for internal evaluation while retaining its source and sample labels. Bitewing and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, branding, and other materials. No license to customer data or nonpublic software is granted here.
Do not misrepresent a sample as a customer result, remove notices, impersonate another party, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or access nonpublic systems without authorization. Report a suspected vulnerability to security@bitewing.ai; this page does not grant permission to test customer environments.
Samples and product statements
Samples illustrate a workflow and do not establish an amount owed, a recovery outcome, or a clinical, legal, or financial recommendation. Customer-specific conclusions require the applicable source evidence and human review. Connector availability, data access, and operating scope are confirmed for each engagement.
We work to keep public information accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Materials are provided for evaluation, without a website promise of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or a particular business outcome. Nothing here limits an obligation or right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Information you provide
Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not place PHI, patient identifiers, credentials, live-system screenshots, or confidential contract terms in public forms, scheduling pages, or ordinary email. Sensitive exchanges require an approved route and the applicable agreements.
Our website privacy notice explains website and business-contact information. The local review forms do not submit their contents to Bitewing; scheduling and email are separate actions you choose.
External services and updates
Links to scheduling and other external services take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. We may update the website and these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Changes to these website terms do not change a signed customer agreement.
