Support and contact
Contact the Bitewing team about a product question, an existing engagement, or a security or privacy concern.
Product and customer support
Email hello@bitewing.ai for general product and support questions. Existing customers can also use the contact and escalation route agreed for their engagement. Any response-time or availability commitment is the one in your agreement.
Include your organization, a short description of the issue, when it began with the time zone, and its business impact. Describe the issue without patient information, credentials, or sensitive attachments. Opening an email link creates a message in your email app; you choose whether to send it.
Security incidents and privacy concerns
Contact security@bitewing.ai for suspected security incidents, vulnerability reports, privacy questions, or privacy requests. For an urgent incident affecting an existing engagement, also use your agreed escalation contact.
Share a brief, non-sensitive description and a way to reach you. Do not email exploit payloads containing customer data, passwords, patient records, or production screenshots. We will coordinate an approved route for any sensitive evidence that is needed.
Before sharing customer data
This public website and its scheduling forms are not intake channels for PHI or customer source files. Confirm the necessary agreements, authorized recipients, and approved transfer route with your Bitewing contact before sharing sensitive data. An NDA alone does not authorize PHI transfer.
If your question concerns your own dental records, contact the dental practice responsible for those records. Bitewing assists its customers with authorized requests under the applicable agreement.
Product walkthroughs and security reviews
Use book a walkthrough for a product conversation or security review to prepare non-sensitive review topics. Those pages prepare context locally; you book a meeting separately on Cal.com.
